Last Friday a large contingent of Bannockburn Rovers participated in the pre-match march past at North Sydney Oval. Whilst the Central Coast Mariners went down to Melbourne Victory 3-0 after an 11-minute blitz in the second half, our Club members enjoyed it none-the-less.
The 2014 Annual General Meeting was held on November 1 at The Pymble Hotel. There was a bit of shuffling of Committee positions, with Terry Gates moving overseas, and several other people changing roles. We welcome new Club President Geoff Harvey, and Secretary Kirsty Pearce. to the fold Both are well known on the sidelines and BBQs of BCRFC events, and their contributions are already flowing in!

Bannockburn Rovers have received an invitation from the Local Organising Committee of the AFC Asian Cup to attend some games at the upcoming AFC Asian Cup in January 2015 - that's means YOU!

Actually, you probably will believe what happened after two days of rain (and snow) in Sydney. Kuringai Council has closed all grounds, so those involved in Summer Soccer have no game today.

The Club Championship is open to all clubs with 5 or more competition age teams in at least 3 of the 4 disciplines (Men’s, Junior Mixed, Girl’s and Women’s). The winner is determined by adding all points scored in competition games and dividing by the total number of competition games played by that club.
